1. Cancellation: Our cancellation policies are non-refundable; However, we maintain a credit option for the tour to be used as long as it is notified 7 days before the day of departure.

• 30 days: If the client decides to cancel 30 days before departure, the full credit will be provided.
• 15 days: If the client decides to cancel 15 days before departure, a full credit will be provided.
• 7 Days: Cancellation 7 days before the fishing trip is subject to the decision of the company,
• 1 – 6 days before: If the client notifies the company between 1 day and 6 days before, the deposit will automatically be lost, because we lose the availability of being able to sell the day to someone else.

If you cancel the entire trip, only 50% of the total value of the trip will be lost, which would be the deposit, the rest is subject to the decision of the company to offer a credit or refund it to the client.
